Last Saturday evening about 75 persons gathered in the parish hall of St. Thomas More parish for an Italian dinner and fund-raiser for the sister's property north of the city. Besides the nice meal, a group of barbershoppers entertained with about a half-hour of close harmony and comic routines that kept everyone rolling with laughter! It was a very nice evening and it was especially rewarding to assist the sisters in a small way toward their huge goal. The photograph above shows Sister Gemma Wilson and Sister Tarcisia Villotti...both from families who have supported Kansas City area Latin Mass for many, many years. A special thanks to the Knights of Columbus post at the parish for sponsoring the event. The sister's could use your help, too.
